Koszykarze reprezentacji Polski rozpoczynają w środę w Łodzi zgrupowanie, które zakończy się weekendowymi meczami towarzyskimi ze Słowacją. Do kadry dołączył grający w lidze NBA Marcin Gortat.

Pierwsze vlepki tworzyli już dadaiści. W Polsce historia vlepek sięga czasów II wojny światowej. Była to jedna z antyhitlerowskich akcji propogandowych, jakie prowadziła grupa "Wawer" na terenie Warszawy i innych miast polskich. Również w czasach PRL-u występowały one, jednak głównie były to vlepki humorystyczne, nawiązujące często do PZPR. Same władze PRL-u używały podobnych nośników jako propagandę, chwaląc państwo i "polskiego robotnika" oraz nastawiając krytycznie na państwa dawnego Bloku Zachodniego.
